A block of rooms has been reserved in Boston College Residence Halls, Hotel Boston and the Courtyard by Marriott. The deadline for reservations at Boston College is May 1st. The deadline for reservations at Hotel Boston and the Courtyard Marriott is June 29th. Notes that the blocks of rooms may fill prior to the deadlines, so make your reservations as soon as possible.
Boston College Residence Halls:
A number of guest rooms will be available in Boston College Residence Halls. The residence halls are in walking distance to the workshop venue and in close proximity to several dining options and public transportation to Boston. The prices of these rooms are as follows:
$139.00 per night, single occupancy
Air Conditioned Room with linens and towels
No additional room tax is charged

Note that these are private rooms in shared suites. Each suite will have 2 to 4 private rooms with 1 or 2 shared baths. Suites also have a common lounge area. Residence halls have wireless internet access and are fully furnished with beds, dressers, desks, chairs and closets. Daily housekeeping is provided in the hallways, common area restrooms, and lounge areas of residence halls. Individuals are responsible for their own rooms or apartments.

Hotel Boston in Brighton, Massachusetts:
A block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Boston in the Brighton section of Boston. Hotel Boston is located on the B branch of the Green Line trolley, within easy access to downtown Boston and on a direct line to Boston College. The hotel rates include continental breakfast and high speed wireless internet. Parking is an additional $20/day. Travel time from Hotel Boston to Boston College is approximately 30 minutes using the Green Line and 8 minutes by car. If you plan to use the trolley each day, a 7-day pass may be cheaper than buying tickets for each ride.

Another block of rooms has been reserved at Courtyard by Marriott in Brookline, MA. Courtyard by Marriott is in Cleveland Circle, a popular location for dining and activities. It is located on the Green Line within easy access to downtown Boston and Boston College. The hotel rates include high speed wireless internet. Breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on-site and local restaurants and coffee shops are close by. Parking is an additional $30/day. Travel time from Courtyard Marriott to Boston College is approximately 35 minutes using the Green Line and 12 minutes by car. If you plan to use the trolley each day, a 7-day pass may be cheaper than buying tickets for each ride.
